Nuclear physics and astrophysics are usually one or two courses you’d take as part of a physics major. A few schools offer astrophysics or astronomy separately, but if you’re interested in any of those physics fields just major in physics and take courses in astronomy, math, and computer science. Engineering is a separate program. The University of Toronto, the University of Waterloo, and McGill have excellent programs.
u of t or waterloo for engineering, u of t for physics
a lot of others offer the courses though
