I'm a Physics Graduate from India and want to on Advanced Planetary Science exploration, hence I wish to understand how to or do you know the parameters / requirements / qualifications to become listed on NASA being an Indian? Will a PhD in Astrophysics or Planetary Science be ?

If you just finished your PhD, you could apply for a post-doctorate position. Visit Nasa site - it doesn't say you have to be a US citizen (on there at least).
